With fall well upon us, and the first snow expected any day, it’s almost time to say goodbye to another season of camping (don’t worry, you can still squeeze in another trip or two, unless you’re super tough and winter camp with your kids).
Help your gear last as long as possible by storing it well for the winter. That means that gear should be clean, dry, and in good working order. It’s worth putting in a little time now to not be greeted by a ripped and mildewed tent in April.
Here are some awesome videos that will help you keep your gear in great shape and ready to pull out as soon as spring appears!

Here in GA we can camp year-round so we don’t have to deal with winter storage but you have reminded me I need to do some gear repair. Have a groovy winter!
